Dear God I'm practi..no I am tearing up at this. I , working with him. But we were strained. I agree with those saying to take the time off to spend with him. If you can't...well try to spend as much time as you can with him. I haven't talked to him in 15 years. Spend your time with him

Listen one of the hardest things to come to terms with in a situation like yours is that SHE Truly DOESNT understand or cognates that she's hurting you in the same way you do. I've tried to talk to my mother my entire life about the things she does that hurts me, yet to her because she says it's out of love apparently there's no need to even discuss it. You are allowed your feelings . At the same time try to remember that it may not be coming from a negative place, regardless of how bad

I've been going on a couple years not working after having a fair few consecutive bosses just....use me up? And then had a really rough year mentally so have been working on personal self. It sounds like while difficult, maybe this time could be good for you to take just....a step back and breathe a bit. Take stock and make sure you're not just doing things to have things to do, ya know? You sound like a very introspective person and I truly wish you the best ❤️🫂
I'm currently going through a phase of feeling pretty depressed after being out of work for a while. Had a ton of bosses that just used me up. It makes me so happy to read that you're not just doing well in your position, but thriving in it. Bravo🫂
