What is it?
The teeth are too big and the nose hole is too wide
Make a super thin grey outline around the gold on the cross. It’ll stand out better
The hand on his chest doesn’t look natural google pics of people saying the pledge of allegiance
Artists paint from a reference you should have googled images of cloaked people and studied the shape of a skull
You have two shades of green on his cloak there should be more like 5 going from almost white all the way to a greenish black.
The wrist is too wide on the arm above his head
Anything in the foreground should be darker and as it goes back it should get lighter to give the illusion of depth
Make eye sockets smaller, the jaw line of a skull doesn’t come straight down the sides it curves in under the cheek bones.
It’s a shame there’s no sound. The feathers make an interesting noise when they spread and shake them like that
