Same- 5'10 here and heavy, most people didnt know I was preggo unless I told them. Empire waist tops really helped tho ;)
This is solid advice. I got mine at 19 weeks, wish I had it from day 1. Used it til about 2 months postpartum too!

I lost my mom to pancreatic cancer, I'm glad you are in the clear. Hang in there.
Therapy, maybe medication, support groups (maybe a cancer survivor network), communicate with your loved ones about how you are feeling
