Were you worried about the 21 students that got pepper sprayed? I was assuming it was the surrounding crowd.
Ok, agreed. I do understand why he felt it may be necessary, but I don't think it was correct, and I don't think it excuses the officer.
I doubt that would be the case if spraying them with pepper spray did not cause a riot.
Extending your argument, if the officer threatened to club them, then by your logic they would have it coming.

Again, this should not be a novel experience for the police. If they need backup call for it.
Put them in cuffs, pick them up carefully, and arrest them. I feel like police should have been trained for this kind of situation.
I disagree. I feel even nonlethal weapons should only be used if the person poses a threat. Call for backup and arrest them instead.

No, unfortunately probably not. Not if it was a government employee.
Besides, North Korea can only reach 1 or 2 US states and that's what the MDA is for.
And btw, dogs do have some human behavior because, guess what, we are animals too. I'm not saying its equivalent, but it is similar.
Its not so much about dominance as training. You should reward the good behavior as well.
