"This is your public profile. Write something about yourself!" - Imgur "No." - Me

It's probably to protect them pests like birds, animals, and perhaps insects. They do the same with bananas on the tree.

If you cut into the other side, you'll run into the pit. You wouldn't be able to spoon out a scoop like that on both sides.

As long as the horses have enough rocky terrain in their territory, this isn't a problem. Wild horses in the American West don't have this problem. However, wild horses in parts of South America have to be rounded up yearly to have their hooves trimmed.

What is this from?

There's not a book or anything? It's just someone's documents on Scribd?

This is wonderful. Where is the book? I could read 300+ pages of this story...

I just figured the hood had earholes in it. I mean, I still thought it was AI, just AI of a dog wearing dog-clothes.

Where did you go to school?

I still haven't heard anything, so I'll follow up with Imgur, but if I end up not being matched with someone, I will just donate the money I was planning to spend.

I'm guessing it's just a really, really long delay? Maybe there is no one left that needs a Backup Santa? I don't know. I guess we'll just wait and find out.

Yes. I believe so. I got an email from Martin last year.

Thanks for letting us know. That's probably why it's taking so long for Backup Santas to be assigned to people.

I'm still waiting to be assigned someone to send a gift to, so I'm probably someone's Backup Santa. I'm glad you were matched up with someone. I hope you have a good experience this year.

I haven't read anything from her yet, but from what I've seen on this post, I'll give it a try. I know not every author appeals to every reader, so after a chapter or a few pages, it should be easy to tell if I want to continue or not. Honestly, if the author is a good writer, the story isn't as important to me. If they can't write well, it doesn't matter how promising the story could be.

My other comments seem to be gone. So, I guess I'll retype the only one that is still relevant. 2/

One has to become a disciple of a master in order to reach enlightenment. He can't guide himself on a path he's never been on. 3/

the same as when an enlightened being looks at other, non-enlightened beings. In the image, the sufi is the enlightened one. 2/

The literal explanation is below. However, there is a more zen approach. As in when a person sees an enlightened being, it's not 1/

It would be kind of like if a ballerina in a spin were compared to an onlooker. 3/

A "dervish" and a "sufi" are the same thing. 2/

The man in white is a whirling dervish. He turns/spins around as part of his dance of worship. The other guy is a bystander. 1/
