Oh god, nuance on the internet... There are lawyers mentioned, who are asking about clients, and those names get forwarded, etc. This is literally true that simply being mentioned isn't enough to be guilty, but out of context and as a single tweet this is a very dangerous thing to say.
There has also been a concerted effort to blur that distinction as much as possible into the deliberately nebulous 'People We Don't Like'.
