Exactly. This case is actually a very good one for appeal. The question of the underlying “in furtherance of” crime is something that never approached clear cut.

So… warm take: Saints Row 5 was fine. Not great but fine. There were some decent ideas in there, and the new setting had potential. And I say this as someone who’s played every SR game and liked all of them and *loved* 2 & 4. The problem was mostly character: None of the new Saints were memorable. And I mean, that was mostly true of Saints Row 1 as well — most of the best characters came in with 2! But we rightly expected more by now and they didn’t have a second shot.
Never catch a disease in a heartbeat. My hypochondria and Covid anxiety are rough. Knowing I’d be truly immune? I’d be able to just enjoy so much more life.

My ex used to work with at risk youth and stopped someone self harming by singing to them. It’s absolutely a legit strategy.
