I saw managers ask for male-only candidates, heard upper leaders threaten coworkers, and even had to let a guy go who put a tracker on a woman's car that he thought was attractive. By no means is this how everyone is. There are plenty of good people there, but srsly, fuck Intel in the ass with a shovel made of fire & bees.

Agnostic is really just saying "I don't have the answer and I don't purport to." I used to be agnostic theist, but the more I see, the less I believe in a god of any sort. Either way. I feel confident enough to say that I don't know the answer. And I don't need one, which is pretty liberating.
