Yeah, you need to sneak behind them and attack when unarmed... You either silently snap their necks or SMASH THEIR HEAD INTO THE GROUND
Wait till you suplex an enemy in the middle of the room while sneaking
And there's no way to leave to level up and come back cause when you die you respawn in the locked area
