Putting almost every patient in my sector. I'm seriously overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of patients I see everyday, most of which could've been treated by my colleagues (because most of them weren't seriously sick, so they could've made a prescription and clearance for them) but I feel like they maybe got too accustomed by sending all the patients to me, because I don't complain (while other doctors in my position do). I'm overworked. Stressed. But mostly, sad that they don't care about 2/?
You've not asked me, but I'll vent anyway. I work at urgent care, and I am the leader there, but not the medical supervisor per se. I just take care of the most critical patients. And the other doctors take care of the rest of the demand. We're all cordial with each other, and I like to take care of critical patients. I have 14 beds reserved for semi-intensive care. But lately, maybe because I'm always trying to help them, my colleagues have been 1/?
