Depends on the hijab. You can get under armor-ish ones that are close fitting, breathable, and don't fuck with any vision.
The good thing about hijabs are that they come in so many styles and some are super close fitting and made for intense athletics.
If this were true, arts and humanities students and scholars wouldn't always be among the first to be targeted by authoritarians
