The imgur mobile app is an abomination. bring back downvotes. ads are intrusive and overwhelming. this concludes my rant.
If it's possible to reattach any of it, they need to look for bone splinters or debris inside it. Also the stumps will need and x-ray before they are closed up for the same reason.
It's not explosive related. In my field I've seen some nasty stuff and x-rays. Those are clean sheared breaks in some areas. Explosive related ones tend to stretch and distort stuff and end with alot more fragments of jagged bone. Likely industrial.
I've seen it done a couple times in person now and it really is interesting. It's hard to describe how strange it is to watch. Ive done pyrotechnics my entire like. Adding drones is a fresh addition most of us love.
Wait, are you a fellow pyro????
It was 10x better in person to see. This edited videos ruined it. Everyone wants to be special and add their own audio or effects over someone else's work. https://youtu.be/oKvxEZ1L7oQ?si=i62eEMc0t8u00sep
I was there as well doing setup for this show. I don't want to say much and end up doxxing myself saying what part I helped with lol.
Ii was at this show and helped with the setup. In person it's was 10x cooler.
Better without the awful audio and videos effects https://youtu.be/oKvxEZ1L7oQ?si=i62eEMc0t8u00sep
I was there for this show! I helped with the setup. The sped up video and idiotic music dub ruins it though.
Mexico makes hardly any fireworks for American use. The majority of Mexican fireworks here were smuggled in by consumers. And none of them are recklessly crafted. Every single imported firework requires an EX number an major quality control testing before it can make it here. If an accident occurs it doesn't send waves in the pyrotechnic world, it's more of a tsunami. Every other product from the same ex number is considered too dangerous to use.
Encountered* sorry autocorrect
There is no sane country on earth where an aeriel device recomends 3m of distance for safe viewing. There is no aeriel breaking device where 3m would be acceptable. This is nonsense.
The smell of my childhood.
Suggested by who??? And for what "most kinds of fireworks"? I work with fireworks for a living, from consumer to commercial. I have never hesrd those numbers or that statement. The law in most places is 70ft per inch of diameter for aeriel devices for instance. There is no set rule especially with consumer fireworks like these because the variety of products are so broad. 3-5 meters would work safely work for about 5% of consumer fireworks globally.
The stars that are normally designed to burn bright at night are replaced with stars that emit colored smoke, no different that a smoke bomb firework. It just burns faster. These would barely be visible at night with each star glowing a soft orange. Think something like birthday candle from 500ft+ away.
Its not at all reasonable or quiet in person. Japan makes some of the largest shells on earth as well as the loudest. The USA doesnt have "louder" fireworks. We are actuakly heavily regulated. Plenty of european countries have consumer fireworks that are orders of magnitude more powerful. Our professional displays are not any bigger/better than foreign displays. Usually they are much smaller due to the price of importing fireworks. Source: its my job and hobby.
This is just one segment of the show. The japanese actually produce some of the best and most vibrant colors in the world. They are extremely secretive and gaurded about their methods and formulas. Source: pyrotechnician by trade.
