Oh we have so much of that in Norway. A police reform closing down many rural stations were called «nearer police reform» badly translated, wich on first impressions sounds like there more police closer to everyone. It ended up with some rural districts having to wait several hours even days after they call 911, and in total average response time is longer after the reform.
In Norway we experienced our heaviest rains in the south east a month ago. The country was split in three, south from west and north for some days because so many roads and railways and houses were flooded or destroyed. And yesterday we had our local election where the right wing parties did their best election ever. So much more nature will be lost. Four crucial years for climate action lost. I'm embarrassed.
And having wild species as pets is equally awful.
Pretty sure you could publish a video of police beating people up and publish it for "educational use".
I.ex. you interview a person in a park and someone plays loudly on a portable speaker. There's also a clause about "educational uses".
I work in tv broadcasting in Europe and we don't need to pay royalties for "music played in public areas recorded in the background".
