I use them only when I have deadlines or a lot of stuff done decently. In the end it's kind of a mellow speed, it's not that a nice feeling.
I'm 34 and got ADHD, I know how you feel. I can suggest medication but don't think it's gonna make miracles. But u defo get more done. (1)
I can cook pretty nice for my friends but I can't make it super appealing. Never had a fine touch for things. I just make it taste good haha
