True that. Hardest part of having a toddler is knowingly letting them hurt themselves to learn. It's amazing how accurately they know their limits when they're allowed to find them.

In danish our word would translate into "after year", similarly spring is "before year".
To be fair, summer has all the best berries, which is what it's all about.

For me prisons should be incentivised and rated on one primary metric, how many former inmates never return. I.e. how well it empowers people to stay/become productive.
Some people can't be helped, but the vast majority can. The prison system should be about helping people recover from mistakes.

America invading doesn't really do much, the primary military presence on Greenland is already american, has been since WWII. Part of why Greenland is mad at Denmark is because the infrastructure was largely build by the american military to service their presence.

Its so wild to me that having an ID isn't just a basic assumption for anyone in an industrialized country. Like why isn't a proper ID one of the responsibilites of government that everyone just has.
Useful for things such as having a registered address for people to automatically get their voting slip mailed to.

Jailing at least 1/3 of top republicans for a dude that keeps breaking the law should make the rest of the party heads abandon him (says increasingly desperate man)

In Danish we use "error 40, problem exists 40cm from screen". It's great because you can raise 40 as a custom error code.

If everyone by default can live it becomes harder to find desperate people to exploit. Capitalism will find a way, but when your children won't starve it gets hard to accept piss jars.

If you're into it the closeness of your roommate only builds over time. Having someone you've shared everyday highs and lows with for the past decade is epic. Sometimes you need a snuggle because of some Karen at work, others you climb mount Fuji. If you're into it the is, having a similar relation to a friend is totally possible.

Not exactly a smooth read, but the series cheapened so many things, such as Wolf Witchers dying by the dozens to a single monster.

Well had some powerless individual risen with the ring 50 years before LOTR, the wise council should have been able to lava it.

Christ was pretty big on loving thy neighbor and helping any (even enemies) in need. Modern Jesus would preach kindness in protective health
