I mainly do bodyweight exercises myself (pushups, pull ups, dips, wall rows, jumping jacks, squats, that kind of stuff) . A sturdy handrail with a 90° gives a good place to for an angle that would work. Either way you're in great shape. Keep it up.
If you're interested add in a couple sets of chest dips or incline press to your work out. It might add some mass to your lower pec. Look great already, but this could fill the muscle out a bit. Props on the progress.
My dad had the same thing done. It should heal up nicely. His field of view was improved a lot. @op I'm happy for you to see the results once the healing has run it's course.

Aside from some scaring on his hand and on my arms in a few spots, you would never know it happened. Always wear eye/ear protection. 2/2
30-30 blew up on my dad. Hamburgered part of his hand and shot wood splinters into me 5' away. Couldn't use stitches, but tape worked. 1/2
In the army we used to drop a lit cigarette in-between our forearms and who ever moved their arm first lost. Still have several scars.
