I train and rehab horses in Alberta, have 2 amazing dogs, a wonderful horse, and a perfect fiance.

thats actually called guttural mycosis! its pretty serious (obviously) and this horse more than likely died, or will soon be dead :(
horses in canada also have a passport, but not all do. It's mostly for recording all of the markings in detail in case one gets lost.
