I would wager a guess that the ranchers will sell cheap because they have product to move but the consumer won't see the corresponding drop as the middlemen keep a larger portion of profits
I guess it depends on what you mean by fucked. If China is no longer importing our beef, it's means we are no longer exporting it to them. That means we have the balance of what we used to export still in our market and should theoretically make our beef prices drop
