I chalked it up to my asthma but then I went to a different doctor and they told me it was likely costochondritis and gave me a tylenol

And the population of SF far outnumbers the amount of people in those 20 or so counties. So it would just be another blue state (2)
Not the way the proposed 3 way split goes. NorCal would retain SF, despite the northern most 20 counties are your conservative counties. (1)
