To clarify further, 'has' is only ever used in singular 3rd person. All other cases use 'have'. I have, you have, we have, they have, you all have. Only she has, he has, or it has.
English used to have a formal/informal tense (some regions still do) where "you have" informally is "thou hast". but when English moved from this, you(informal) took the same verb form as you (formal) so now there is only have and has. (Also got rid of 'hath')
