Saw multiple cars/homes with their trump flags flying high. Infuriating that they still just want to "own the libs" that badly and/or are such depraved/bigoted sacks of s**** that they do actually agree and approve.
Why didnt she go with her mom? If the movie is as all that great, wouldn't she want to be a part of it?
I've read headlines about Amazon currently being USPS's biggest customer... ok, well it's not supposed to be profit driven so who cares?

I dislike that they have the little computerized price tags... not wasting paper/stickers, I guess, but you know they didbl it so they can change the prices whenever they feel like it and at a moment's notice.

Same. Little one just turned 10 and is really showing his independence lately. So hard to let them be their own person when they were so tiny what feels like moments ago.
What contributes to our sense of our world being worse now is the media constantly saying so. Not to say there isn't stuff to be wary or even afraid of, but it's more that all of these fears are fed ad nauseum with the 24 hour news cycle, social media, and just plain lies or falsehoods. Look at the whole thing with drugged or poisoned candy. It was a particular event blown out of proportion and continues decades after the fact. Always easier to make the past look rosier than it is.
