Harvesting doesn't sound like filling out the ballot, just collecting. Am I misunderstanding?
Never heard the term, but I did a lot of it to help homebound folks who waited too long. Is it much different than rides to the polls?
It's coming back as in second wave or people are getting reinfected? Reinfections have been rumoured but never proven (that I have seen)
