Happened to me at 13, 18, 23, I know the struggle OP, feeling like you have to hide it in the office hardest, stay strong, it'll come back!
Same here; had six weeks of hydrotherapy and 6 months of physio all free...problem is waiting list for operations but really can't complain!

I went down them, as a 6'1 heavyset dude, not a good idea. Mind you, was harder to fit in public transport in Vietnam than these tunnels.
