It’s ok to take stopping breaks. Change it up. Walk 1 min stop 1 min sometimes. Or 2min walk, 1 min stop. And good shoes that match your foot type are key.

Yes. If a state is 50 50. Then half the representatives should be Democrats and half Republicans.
