What about first party exclusives, that's what people are praising and that's what keeps the consoles competitive (in part)

The reality for me is that those gamers need to stop blindly investing in games they want to be better and buy the ones that just are better
And the publishers CERTAINLY see it as encouragement which only serves to reduce the overall quality of the 'AAA' market (3/?)
See others investment in a title like that as encouragement for the publishers to keep cutting and reselling us content (2/?)
I think there has been a shift toward this in the post F-76era but I can understand where that toxicity comes from. Many people (1/?)

That takes years, if ever to fix. Especially with how difficult it is to get your money back as a gamer. Many changes needed in the industry
I think the 'they fixed it down the road' narrative is BS. We shouldn't be giving credit to these publishers for forcing crap on us (1/2)
I'm with you but I wanna make sure people remember it's the publishers not the Devs. Game Devs focus on the art and experience.

It's part of the psychological conditioning of religion. Create an imaginary outside threat so worshippers feel safe when they're together.
If it takes you two months to save $125 you shouldn't spend it on tea.
