I'm unfamiliar with OPM, but I think 7 streaks of arm means 7 punches. Though I count 6 sets of ripples. So perhaps one was unsuccessful?
Pretty sure those are ripples. I counted the streaks of his arms and got 7. The rings indicate the order of the punches by their diffusion.
What about the one on the hulks side right above OPM's head?
