Yep. I initially posted my one as a joke, and then it got approved, and then it got pledged. I was confused the entire way
google told me that high grade flour was closer to bread flour than the regular kind. But a tight budget meant bread flour wasn't an option.
Certainly did, didn't quite realize how little of it is used to make a bread beast.
