Ugh this is heartbreaking but yeah, not totally surprising. Loved in rural Kansas for several years in the late 90s early 2000s as a metal/goth chicken and wooo boy, that toughened me up so much. Getting yelled at from cars and harassed all the time in school. Fuck those people and it's why I compliment young metal/goth people I see out in the open now 🖤
