That class ranking chart bothers me so much. There are so many things in it that are just wrong if you look at basic class abilities.

There's a difference between "Innocent" and "A Potential Danger". We still shouldn't let potentially dangerous people have deadly weapons.
Maybe if you're on a terrorist watch list, you might want to maybe get that cleared up, whether the FBI is ready to prosecute yet or not?
