Here in Ireland under the Long Term Illness Scheme started in 1971, diabetes medications and supplies are free to all people with diabetes.

Yup. Not all, but definitely in stores in bigger cities. In Berlin the KaDeWe has a Canadian section too, it’s pretty much maple syrup.
