Keep up the hard work! A little advice though. Fat loss targeting is not really a thing (like doing a bunch of ab work to only lose belly fat). Focus on working all your muscle groups and caloric deficit to lose weight and it will come off with time.

I would not recommend using straps though if you're going to compete, since they aren't allowed in that space usually. It's better to build grip strength.

I know how the spell works. It has its uses, but there are better ways to handle fights than doing that over and over. But that's the beauty of the game. You can play it how you want.

She's not tanky enough to be that close to enemies with spirit guardians imo. You'll end up spending slots healing her and spirit guardians doesn't do that much damage to normal targets. Undead or radiant vulnerable targets sure go ahead.

Sacred flame is not an attack roll spell, it's a save spell. So you probably should take a closer look at the stat block of the monster you're casting it on and you'll have more success with it.

Iroh is a top 3 anime character for me. He's just the absolute best and Mako was the perfect casting for him.
