Video is a load of crock. Our roads have been the same size but the upward trend starts ~ 2010. Our roads have not been getting wider and increasing speed limits. It’s because trucks are literally getting too tall to see over the hood. Why are trucks getting bigger and bigger?? New EPA tailpipe regulations. Cars and trucks were designed to allow pedestrians to roll over vehicles when struck. Now pedestrians just get flattened… oh and cellphones.
