Wait this man actually exists, and isn't just an internet hallucination?

My impression is that it's a bit of a nonsense joke; the idea that a monkey would see a picture of Stewie, so similar to something it knows exists but uncannily different, and it being forever changed, haunted by the thought of a human with a football-shaped head.
