Holy phuckle that's also a problem. Which is why I built my own PC.
It's literally throttling your device that most people didn't know about or know how (or even willing) to fix.
Wow it's almost like that's the point. Not every user is technologically adept, even if the change is simple.
Try reading more, if you replace the battery apparently that solves the cpu throttling. Shift the goal posts out of your Ass and read.
It's almost like the majority of users are younger than 18 or over 35 and don't want to go through the steps of replacing anything.
Lol, everyone just misses the point and tries to dismantle and belittle each others statements.
Case and point: Why didn't your Dad do it himself? Most users aren't going to do it, pay someone else to do it or buy a new phone.
BTW I can't even replace mine without damaging the adhesive (HTC-10), but at least my phone won't slow down with new updates.
Almost like the average iPhone user can easily replace their battery by themselves.
