Be kind to yourself. It's OK to be sad, angry, and there will probably be some guilt in there too. It's a natural process after you lose someone close to you. Keep in mind you were in your brother's life for 50 years, that's a lot of memories, not just the last few years. Grief is like being in the ocean, some days the waves are high and crashing over you relentlessly, some days the large waves are further apart. Just know that over time the large waves are less frequent and calmer seas soon
