If your oven has a self clean feature, you can leave your pans in there and these dark spots will turn to ash that you can easily wipe away. Be warned, the oven gets to like 600 degrees or something.
You'd have to hold the flexy part down toward the handle to prevent automatic shut off but I think it would work

I hope you find an outlet to express the disdain you generally have for me as a human in a healthy way. A straight man may have wronged you somewhere along the way, but categorizing your fellow humans is the wrong way to express this. If you've ever been stereotyped or lumped into a broader "category", I hope you can understand where I'm coming from.

There's that whole "tap behind the ear" method that alleviates it just a bit for me. I've now learned to wear quality ear plugs when I'm around loud noises.
I love this! We got our VERY shy dog from a foster family a few years ago and she brings so much love to our family. Cheers to you for having so many fosters and helping these little dudes find a home!
You ideally want to keep those accounts open (even if you're not using them) because older accounts with larger limits increase your score

I found myself in a similar situation recently. My doctor ran some blood tests and found that my "liver levels" (I forget the exact thing he measured) were abnormal. He had me do an ultrasound, and it turns out I have a fatty liver. It's still reversible before I cause permanent damage, but that was a wakeup call. Still coping myself. Maybe try the Reframe app. I find it pretty helpful. It's geared toward cutting back and/or ultimately quitting. Worth a shot.

If you're in the US, submit a complaint to the department of insurance. It may not get immediate results but at least they *should* verify if everything was done properly.
