Has anyone here tried CBT? I over eat and know I'm over eating but I feel the urge to eat. So I've been dealing with it by working out a ton but I still want to figure out why I can't stop sometimes.
I just got diagnosed with ADHD last year at 33. On meds and I'm trying some cognitive behavioral therapy next month! I think my brain farms dopamine by over eating especially later at night when I'm gaming so I hope to get some help with that.
