OP is a dumbass using a graphic from a more thought out dialogue but not everything is sociological, there are also biological gender roles.

I just did CTRL+F "Dru" and here it is.
Considered third wave though it is argued if it is split into two, third and fourth wave. Argument being that at the start third was okay
Third is the one we are currently in, blaming the problems we all face in everyday life solely on gender.
The second was about social equality between genders and ethnicity. Focused on all races opposed to first which was exclusively white.
A third waver = Third wave feminism. Feminism came in three waves. The first was focused on legal equality, marriage and voting
