We have already agreed that every accusation is a confession for these people BUT, in this case we (U.S.) was used to do this same exact thing with corporate Cisco routers. We sold TONS around the world and got caught, so now we are suspicious that the exact same thing will be done to us.

My wife (we in the US) were just researching how flying to Turkey for dental work is actually cheaper than having insurance in the US. There's a whole "Medical Tourism" industry already active and taking calls about this stuff. (*Disclosure: it may not be called medical tourism, but I forgot the real name.
