Hi.

Cartoons villains are entertaining. This is bitchy mother in law Karen who will live until she's 140 because she's made of pure spite-levels of petty, passive aggressive evil.

Also, not really helping with that whole, trans-folks-as-violent-sexual-predators, narrative...Not that they give a 💩, but "I should be able to kill folks I don't like" isn't a good look, no matter who it's coming from.

Intelligence and cruelty - or lack of empathy - are not mutually exclusive. If anything, a person who is cruel and intelligent is much more dangerous than a cruel idiot.

Not here to give advice - you've gotten plenty of that, already. Just wanted to say I've been there and know how it goes, and wish you well. I'd pat you on the back and buy you a drink, if I could. Hang in there, man.

Same to everyone else out there who's going through it right now, y'all have my sympathy, you really do.

The phosphorus in soda is also not great for organ function if you have kidney issues...And finding the phosphorus content of foods and drinks can be surprisingly difficult, since it's not required on nutrition labels.

Generally colas and darker sodas have higher content, although surprisingly some brands of root beer are ok.

I'm naively hoping they're just spitballing or something, 'cause not understanding how loan works before getting a mortgage is just /yikes/.

It's also a 20 year-old internet meme. I feel like they're giving away their age a little, here, that they think it's from some Youtubers.

I mean, she's a dipshit, & I don't put it past her, but this IS coming from a group that literally calls itself American Muckrakers.

Shouldn't that be on op to prove, not on them to disprove?

I mean, it's not zero. It's just exceptionally rare, ~0.6 per 100,000. Complications can happen, as with any medical procedure.

Had a manager once straight up ask me to stop doing this "because emails take too long." Me and the union:

meeting? Am I going to send this to somebody? Wouldn't YOU like to know. And it's summarized by me, so you lose the advantage of wording it.

Always good fun to fuck with those folks by immediately sending them an email summarizing the conversation. Why do I need a record of this

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, at least with regards to corporate bullshit, THIS is usually why "hard" conversations are done in person.

Your inability to distinguish the two ironically puts you on common ground with Nazis. Way to go, genius.

Stop equating respect for the human rights of a Nazi with respect for the Nazi. It's HUMAN rights, not Everybody-But-A-Nazi rights.

The sort of folks who think "Even a Nazi has a right to life" is somehow tolerant of Naziism will lack the ability to recognize that nuance.

Y'all will fall for any ol' bullshit, huh?

long and hard about what levels of abuse you're willing to tolerate, and why. That's not something the rest of us can answer for you.

light a fire under his ass. This kind of thing tends to get worse before it gets better, though, if it's ever addressed. You need to think

CHOOSING to overlook, it's literally illegal behavior. Addressing that is a can of worms, but providing that context to your boss might

Also, it's not merely toxic, it's literally sex-based discrimination and harassment. OP, this isn't an interpersonal issue your supervisor's

"I feel like I owe my supervisor for doing his job" is a hilariously sad take. I hope OP learns to want better for herself.
