I can buy/amke fresh red snapper fillet, shallots, bell peppers, 30 hour recipe gourmet sourdough and camembert / blue cheese and its cheaper than a mcdonalds meal. No joke. You should see the queue at the local mcdonalds. I was one of them. We are bonkers.
No we are not perfect. Far from it. We need to help correct each others behavior, and normalising / accepting obesity & terrible diets inch by inch over the decades has caused so much damage. Number one thing on the hit list - people dont eat food anymore, rather commercial chemical garbage unfairly classified as 'edible'. Sauces and dressings with more sugar than a candy shop. Its all crap, and we pump it in our children. what an indefensible joke.
