1 Cup Sour Cream, 2 Cloves garlic minced, teaspoon crushed black peppercorns, 1tbls dijon mustard, and a bundle of chives in food processor
Only first picture was raw. Ended up being perfect rare to medium rare throughout
Torched the shit out of it with a propane torch. Let it rest for 45 min and patted it dry, then went to town with the torch until crispy lol
