As a manager, my hiring process is just to have a chat with the person to see if they have more than 2 brain cells and to see if we vibe. The best candidate chosen by algorithm is useless if we can't work together
Before covid, my team needed 4 new members. I had to go through a lengthy and painful process for HQ to approve. Now i only need 2, but i keel the 2 positions open, because I don't want to go through the process again if i need more in the future
Don't use google. I have switched to duckduckgo with surprisingly little issues. Only go to google to buy stuff
