Happy to help! Red hazards are always a bit weird in golf especially since sometimes they’re extended beyond where they should be. If you ever have golf questions mid round best to play 2 balls and then ask the head pro when you’re done.
False, red lines are hazard. You can hit out of a hazard but you can’t ground your club inside them until you make your swing.
