Idk about antidepressants(ssri's) but anti anxiety drugs (benzos)are just temporary solutions and make the real problem worse
For me it's a nice perspective change. Instead of looking at things with the same exact mental process I can get a break from that.
The custom games for starcraft 2 are pretty fun.. it's free and you don't have to be Korean for the "arcade" games
