A lot of work when into building that absolutely awesome chest of drawers. Dewey Decimals anyone?
That's really cool. I like how you achieved the texture.
That looks like Endeavor Air pilot training.
It depends on what was "fixed" or actually deferred with the tape. Some items are no-go items that cannot be taped over. The repair categories are as follows: Category A: fixed in accordance with the MEL time frame, Cat B: 3 days, Cat C: 10 days, Cat D: 120 days. MEL is our Minimum Equipment List. It is a list of what can be broken and how to work around it.
I don't think you would get a refund, but if you had a legitimate safety question ask to talk to the captain. I had a pax ask if we had a flat nose tires. I had personally checked them on the walk around and I knew they were not flat. He persisted and we talked about his safety concern. I found that he thought the chines on the front tires made them look flat but they were properly inflated. He accepted that answer after he Googled "tire chines".
The use of Speed Tape does not necessarily imply incorrect MX. You cannot speed tape over tire cords or fuel leaks, for example.
I always have the option of refusing the jet if I don't like the tape job.
We Speed Tape lots of stuff in the airline industry. Speed tape makes the difference between going or potentially canceling a flight for maintenance. They don't speed tape safety critical items.
Wow, I feel exactly the same way. But I am going 14 hours each way to/from Tokyo. I get the pleasure of paying for a vacation for a group of unappreciative people. Hopefully, you are at least flying Flagship First. I am assuming you are flying AA if you are going through DFW.
This is great. Where is volume 1?
Never mind about sharing the settings. Right after I posted the question, I realized they are in the original post.
That is AWESOME!!! I ordered a set of Kase ND filters and a CPL. I'm hoping the magenetic mount will work well. Can you share your time lapse settings?
What kind of camera are you using?
No worries. It is a really cool time lapse. Well done!
Is it really a diorama or just a tilt-shift time lapse?
Please post the result. I am waiting for a set of ND filters to arrive so that I can start doing the same thing.
Excellent work! The train bridge is excellent and the fourth photo of the prairie is a close second.
Well, after looking at your Christmas selfie, you are attractive. Maybe you are just looking at the wrong men.
The controls on a 73 are not heavy. It's all hydraulically augmented.
Time to call Ghostbusters!
We are definitely affected by winds during takeoff. Our "V" speeds are partially predicated on the headwind or tailwind components. If I have a 10 KT headwind and I'm traveling 80Kts down the runway, my airspeed indicator shows 80 and my GPS ground speed will indicate 70.
It was a classy Splash Screen.
Why can't the just learn how to code? That's what the Biden administration told the people who lost their jobs on the Keystone Pipeline to do.
I didn't know Gilligan's Island was in color. I only saw it in B&W
I absolutely agree with you. I am fortunate that I will probably not ever need to job hunt again, but my friend was out of work for a couple of years. Once he started manipulating the keywords in his resume, he had a solid job within two weeks.
You are probably having problems with the HR algorithms. Someone I know was in this exact situation. He chose "Mixed Race" for his ethnicity and started receiving interview requests within a few hours.
Inflation is caused by the government printing too much money not corporations.
Real 4x4 is all four wheels turn together. That would be a 50-50 power split between the front and back. Then having locking differentials in both the front and rear that turns both wheel equally. And having tires that can put the torque to the sand or mud.
Ladies, add a grip activated laser and unload your magazine on the red or green dot on the assailant's chest or abdomen. Head and ball shots are difficult when under stress. Get training and stay safe.
Thank you!!!! My wife is in the market for a carry weapon and someone told me about the Hellcat, but I couldn't remember the name. I think this is what she is getting.
