I have never been successful in therapy either. I can out think most people including therapist. I am having more success with meditation

First two weeks are always the hardest of any behavior change. Removed alcohol from home and didn’t go to bar or party with it for two weeks

I agree that loyalty is same either way and part of character. But there is double the temptation and a unfulfilled desire for each.

There are many things people say that is hard to argue even though stupid. This is simple - “He wasn’t in office”. What other mistakes?!?
