Russia has a two passport system. One national passport and one international. Thus many native Russian citizens have two Russian passports.
Human nature remains largely unchanged since the beginning. We've just made more advanced toys to illude ourselves that we changed.
Life was hard, only if measuring by today's standards. For the people living those times, it was the normal, and they found a way through it

War sure is hell. But war is also business. We may not like it, but that's a reality which is unwise to ignore.

But the question remains, is a driver's licence not considered a valid form of ID for various societal purposes in the US?
But is it not considered a valid form of ID, as its widespread utility makes it the next best thing for verification, after a passport?
No idea what it costs in the US, but considering most of the country is built for needing a car, I'm fairly certain is cheaper than in EU.
We use ID to verify identity/keep from voting multiple times, but there's no requirement to pre-register as a voter.
But pretty much everyone and their dog in the US has a driver's licence, is that not considered a valid form of identification?
The unpopular "plot twist" is that Russia has more to lose, than gain, by having a power plant destroyed or melt down.

IIRC, murder implies (and needs to prove) premeditation and intent to kill. As the victim is still alive, it is extremely unlikely to prove.
Explosion was outside. Inside was more like a garlic press, but with human. Body ripped apart by being pushed through a smaller hole.
Curating a collection of favourites to share with people outside of the Imgur circle. Pretty much replaced TV with Imgur at this point.
