The way it looks to me is a buried shock collar border got fried.
In the thumb nail it looked like the lady bottom right was Buffy. And I thought maybe the vampires are complaining

It super sucks seeing or hearing about situations like this. Because it hits hard for those of us who have bonded so well with animals that they are our family/children/bff's. And to hear that an exception has to be made or enforce no entry is absolutely heart wrenching for some. But also remember public safety matters in a hospital.
