But complaining is free too ;). I get where they are coming from; To push stuff like this on a Image-Sharing site is a bit weird considering the problems like server issues this app and website had for years. I also get your take; that it really feels entitled to leave nearly-bordering hate speech comments or "gtfo" "gfy" comments at a service that is free. The happy medium is probably happening behind the scenes. (Like the Mod said) The majority isn't complaining; using it or clicking it away.
Nah it's more like Costco added a new cake and made ads for it and it's all polished around the cake but on isle 5 is still poop that's laying there for a week. Some imgurians are just asking to improve what we have, not getting a new feature.

There is this myth with any kind of fisher that the catch in the same story gets bigger the more they tell this story. So 5000years ago it was a 3m octopus, now it's a 300m tall Eldrich horror.
